Not as a side project. Not as a slogan. As part of how the business runs every day. What you’ll actually be doing:Acting as the site expert for continuous improvement, coaching teams and building capability, not dependencyIdentifying where time, money and effort are being wasted and doing something about itUsing data properly to prioritise improvements and track what’s genuinely workingLeading projects that directly impact labour, materials and overheadsCreating a culture where people take ownership of safety, quality, service, cost and performance, not wait to be toldIn short: you’ll help the site move faster, think clearer and operate better. What we’re looking for:Solid experience in continuous or process improvementSomeone who can influence, challenge and bring people with themProven experience leading cross-functional changeStrong working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and WordA self-starter who doesn’t need a rulebook to add valueAn eye for detail and a low tolerance for inefficiencyExperience in food manufacturing is preferred, but not essential. If you’ve led real hands on improvement in a manufacturing environment, you’ll find your feet quickly. Why this role?Because your work will be visible.Because your ideas will be listened to.Because improvement won’t stop at the suggestion box.If you want a role where you can leave things better than you found them, this one’s worth a closer look.Apply Below.Seniority levelSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionJob functionProject Management, Manufacturing, and ProductionIndustriesFood and Beverage Manufacturing, Manufacturing, and Packaging and Containers ManufacturingReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at The Sterling Choice by 2xGet notified about new Continuous Improvement Manager jobs in East Riding Of Yorkshire, England, United Kingdom.Brough, England, United Kingdom 2 months agoHessle, England, United Kingdom 2 months agoHessle, England, United Kingdom 3 weeks agoWe’re unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
