Their experienced dispute resolution team uses a range of methods to resolve matters, including litigation, mediation, expert determination, adjudication and arbitration.

As a contentious senior associate member of the team, you will experience a diverse mix of work and skills. Clients include residential and commercial developers and house builders, investment funds, entrepreneurs and Housing Associations undertaking large high-profile developments, and urban regeneration projects.

Tasks will include:

Acting for social housing providers, housebuilders, developers and contractors in relation to:

High court claims Adjudication Expert determination Arbitration All other forms of ADR, as applicable General project advice
