You're an experienced management consultant or senior professional with at least 5 years' leadership experience in consulting or professional servicesYou have a strong track record of developing and delivering strategic projects for major public or private sector clientsYou're confident engaging at the C-suite and board level, with excellent relationship-building and influencing skillsYou're a strategic thinker with expertise in sectors such as infrastructure, property, transport, or low-carbon technologiesYou're entrepreneurial, collaborative, and motivated by the opportunity to help shape a growing partnershipYou hold a full driving licence and are open to travel across the UK (and occasionally Europe) What will your role look like? Join initially as an Associate Partner for six months, progressing to full Partner subject to reviewLead client relationships, oversee project delivery, and shape proposals for new engagementsDevelop new business opportunities through credibility and insight — not aggressive sales targetsWork flexibly across business development, delivery, and equity ventures based on your strengthsSupport and mentor future firm leaders while contributing to governance and firm-wide strategyContribute to the management and growth of the firm's private equity portfolio, including participation in boards where relevantDeliver projects across a wide range of areas, including regeneration, public sector transformation, and sustainability initiativesHelp enhance diversity and foster a culture of collaboration, trust, and entrepreneurial thinking What can you expect in return?
