OverviewConsultant, Evidence Synthesis & Health Economics. This is an opportunity for an experienced and ambitious consultant with hand-on statistical and/or health economics expertise to join Evimed, a newly founded and growing consultancy. The successful candidate will have a variety of responsibilities and projects, with many opportunities for growth. They will not only be responsible for the design, development, and execution of projects, but will also contribute to the expansion of Evimed's client and project portfolio, in addition to working directly with clients, writing proposals, managing budgets, and contributing to the growth of the company.
Job responsibilities
Drive business growth with existing and new clients to expand Evimed’s client and project portfolio
Work directly with clients, develop proposals, and lead the design, development, and execution of projects
Contribute hands-on to a variety of projects including systematic literature review and evidence synthesis, statistical data analysis, health economic modelling, and health technology assessment
Write technical reports, manuscripts, presentations, and conference abstracts
Qualifications
Master's degree or Ph.D. in Statistics, Biostatistics, Economics, or related field
5+ years’ experience, ideally in a mixture of industry and consulting roles
Extensive technical and analytical expertise across 2 or more of Evimed’s core areas of focus (Evidence synthesis, health economics, statistical data analysis, health technology assessment) including relevant software (e.g. Excel/VBA, R)
Ability to manage multiple projects and clients at once to tight deadlines
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and remotely and thrive in an agile, fast-moving environment
Curiosity to learn new skills, flexibility and “can-do” attitude
Strong interest in business development and growing Evimed’s project and client portfolio
Desirable experience: regional/country expertise, previous launch experience (global/regional/local)
