Construction Project Manager

We have an amazing opportunity to join the Azumi family as a Project Manager , contributing massively to the growth of the collection.
The role focuses on working in partnership to plan and execute the design and development of new restaurant projects, coordinating the new openings in the EU and winter locations, working predominantly with the brands Zuma, Roka and Oblix. You will be involved in all aspects of the project (including the liaison with internal operations such as, the culinary teams, ops teams, HR ect) from inception to completion and handover.

Please note, this role is based 5 days in office with international travel required.
Key Duties:
Identify and develop the project brief in co-operation with the executive team
Define overall objectives and project deliverables
Identify stakeholders and ensure that they are involved and consulted at crucial stages
Identify and manage project risks
Prepare and manage the overall programme & budgets
Oversee the quality of work on a construction site, making sure that building plans and specifications are being followed correctly
Monitors the compliance of contract requirements ensuring all conditions are satisfied before approval of the final accounts
Prepare a detailed, phased and logistical handover
Ensure transparency and ethic on all matters
Manage multiple projects if required
A few things that will support you in being successful:
High-end fit-out and construction background
Outstanding technical ability with proven experience in understanding and managing complex high-end fit-out projects
Ability to solve complex problems in challenging situations and under pressure
Confident leadership and communication skills and excellent negotiating skills
Aptitude to promote collaboration and resolve divergences
Ability and technical understanding to decipher construction drawings and documents
Knowledge of construction contracts and procurement methods
Knowledge pf project management tools
Be comfortable with International Travel as required
