The Role:
As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. You'll work closely with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to manage resources, resolve issues, and drive progress across multiple civil engineering schemes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead site operations across a range of civil engineering projects.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards.
Monitor project progress and report to senior management.
Manage site documentation and quality assurance processes.
Liaise with clients and stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships.Requirements:
