PM Group requires a site-based construction manager to support a chemicals client in the North West.

Responsibilities

Acting as a representative for the client in all construction activities on site. Managing permits to work, RAMS, etc. Working alongside existing client engineers, managers, directors, and managing sub-contractors on site. Act as Principal Contractor on behalf of the client for designated projects. Ensuring compliance with the Construction Design and Management regulations (CDM) across large and complex capital projects. Lead implementation of CDM requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Delivering the project on time and within budget, in accordance with industry and client-specific EHS and QA/QC standards and procedures. Reviewing and approving technical documentation.
