This role can be based at our Manton 110 or Tamworth site.
What you'll be doing We're looking for a driven and experienced Compliance Supervisor to lead and support our depot transport teams across the UK. In this pivotal role, you'll ensure full operational compliance with statutory requirements while driving performance against budgets, KPIs, and strategic objectives. You'll play a key role in shaping a safe, efficient, and high-performing transport function, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and inclusive leadership. * Take full ownership of operational performance across assigned depots, ensuring delivery against service, cost, safety, and quality targets * Provide strong leadership, coaching, and direction to depot transport teams * Champion a culture where safety and compliance are always the top priority * Ensure full adherence to road traffic legislation and internal transport policies * Act as the go-to compliance expert for depot teams, supporting managers and supervisors in embedding best practices * Develop and implement programs to ensure the efficient, cost-effective, and safe operation of the UK fleet * Monitor KPIs and budgets, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement * Lead internal compliance audits, tracking actions and closing any gaps * Support depots in managing vehicle incidents, compliance breaches, and road traffic accidents * Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventative and corrective actions * Actively promote and support inclusion and diversity initiatives * Lead by example, demonstrating inclusive leadership behaviours and ensuring commitments are met
