Compliance Officer – U.S. Healthcare Staffing

Salary: £24,000 per annum + Bonus

Seven Healthcare is hiring a detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our growing U.S. healthcare recruitment team. This is a key role supporting the placement of Travel Nurses and Allied Health Professionals across the United States, ensuring all candidates meet strict compliance and onboarding standards.

The Role

As a Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end compliance process for healthcare professionals working across multiple U.S. states. You’ll ensure all documentation, credentials, and onboarding requirements are completed accurately and efficiently to enable timely placements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full compliance and onboarding process for U.S. healthcare candidates
• Ensure all documentation meets client, state, and federal requirements
• Verify licenses, certifications, right to work, and background checks
• Track and manage candidate onboarding pipelines to meet start dates
• Work closely with recruiters to ensure a smooth and efficient placement process
• Maintain accurate records using ATS and compliance systems
• Monitor expirations, extensions, and re-compliance requirements
• Communicate with candidates to guide them through onboarding and compliance steps

What We’re Looking For

Essential

• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
• Strong administrative and process management skills
• Confident communicator able to manage candidate relationships
• Ability to manage multiple candidates and deadlines simultaneously
• Comfortable working 10:30–18:30 aligned to U.S. operations

Desirable

• Previous compliance, onboarding, or recruitment support experience
• Experience within healthcare recruitment or staffing
• Knowledge or interest in U.S. healthcare compliance requirements
• Background in administration, HR, or recruitment agencies
