Compliance Manager

Salary: £35,000 per annum Location: Office-based, Bolton

Due to rapid growth, we are now looking to hire a Compliance Manager to provide efficient and effective support to the team. You will also be responsible for coordinating relocation logistics, including airport collections and accommodation planning.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee and manage the compliance and relocation process to ensure candidates progress smoothly and on time.

* Keep up to date with Home Office legislation and communicate relevant changes to the team.

* Client onboarding calls, site visits, and relationship building.

* Coordinate relocation logistics, including airport collections and accommodation planning.

* Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.

* Identify issues, escalate appropriately, and drive continuous improvements across compliance and relocation functions.

* Analyse data, prepare reports, and support decision-making with accurate insights.

* Manage budgets and operational expenses related to compliance and relocation.

* Lead, support, and develop team members through regular 1‑2‑1s, coaching, and performance management.

* Demonstrate company values in day‑to‑day work.
