We are working with with a well-established and growing manufacturing organisation to recruit a Compliance Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced compliance professional to join a dynamic operational environment and play a key role in driving standards, governance, and continuous improvement across the business.
The Opportunity
Reporting into senior leadership, the Compliance Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining robust compliance frameworks across the organisation. You will ensure adherence to relevant regulatory, legal, quality, environmental, and safety standards, while supporting operational teams in embedding best practice.
This role offers broad exposure across manufacturing operations and the opportunity to influence culture, process, and performance at a strategic and operational level.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, review, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and frameworks
Ensure compliance with applicable industry regulations, standards, and internal governance requirements
Lead internal audits and coordinate external audits and inspections
Identify compliance risks and implement mitigation strategies
Monitor and report on compliance performance metrics to senior leadership
Support quality, environmental, health & safety, and regulatory initiatives
Deliver training and guidance to managers and operational teams
Drive continuous improvement across compliance and risk management processes
Stay up to date with relevant legislative and regulatory developments
About You
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented compliance professional with experience in a manufacturing or operational environment.
You will bring:
Proven experience in a compliance, governance, risk, or quality role
Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks within manufacturing or industrial settings
Experience leading audits and working with regulatory bodies
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on operational support
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organisational skills
Relevant qualifications in compliance, quality, risk, health & safety, or a related discipline (desirable)
