Eames Consulting are supporting a Global Insurance and Re-insurance Broker to appoint a Compliance Business Partner. This role will support the Compliance Business Manager in ensuring that the business is adhering to legal and regulatory requirements to provide good client outcomes. Deliverables: Identify key areas of concern highlighted by the file audits and ensure appropriate action and training needs are communicated to individuals and Management. Assist in delivering training as needed. Assist with handling of complaints received by the business in accordance with regulatory, internal and insurer requirements. Support the Compliance Business Manager with work related to Product Governance and the wider Consumer Duty requirements, supporting the business through the process. Identifying, reporting and escalation of regulatory breaches, loss events and systemic issues ensuring suitable remedial and preventive actions are implemented. Maintain and update key compliance logs and registers, including Complaints, Product Registers, and Gifts & Entertainment logs. Experience: At least 2 years working in a similar role at either a broker or insurer. Good knowledge of FCA Rules and Regulations.
