to join our team and provide exceptional care for a 29-year-old male client living with
Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy . This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference by supporting someone to live a fulfilled and independent life while managing their complex health needs.

Experience:
Previous experience in complex care is essential. Driving:
Must hold a full, clean driving licence. Checks:
Enhanced child & adult DBS and three years of referencing required. Personal Fit:
