About the Role

Superior Healthcare is seeking experienced

Complex Healthcare Assistants

to join our team supporting

children and adults with complex health needs

in East Sussex. You will play a vital role in ensuring our clients live fulfilled lives while their clinical needs are expertly managed.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care tailored to individual needs. Manage complex clinical tasks including:

Tracheostomy care Ventilation management PEG/J enteral feeding Bowel management Bipap support Medication administration Oral suctioning

Work collaboratively with family members and the wider care team. About You

Experience:

Previous experience in complex care is essential. Driver:

Must hold a clean driving licence. Checks:

Enhanced Child & Adult DBS, three years of references, unrestricted Visa. Client Preferences

Team members with experience in complex care. Willingness to engage with the client's interests and family environment. Shifts Available
