Youll work across a variety of complex care packages, using advanced clinical skills while building meaningful relationships with service users and their families.

Your responsibilities will include :

Delivering high-quality, person-centred clinical care Managing complex needs including tracheostomy care, ventilator support, and seizure management Working collaboratively with the Service Manager and wider multidisciplinary team Updating and reviewing care plans to reflect changing needs Building strong, trusting relationships with service users and their families Requirements
