Description:Position: Registered Manager Complex CareLocation: Gatwick West SussexSalary: £55,000 per annum plus Bonus and Car ParkingType: Permanent, Full-timeWe are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager Complex Care to join our team in Gatwick. As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality complex care services to our clients. This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary and excellent benefits.Responsibilities:Oversee the day-to-day operations of the complex care service, ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our clientsManage and support a team of care staff, providing leadership and guidance to ensure the delivery of person-centred careDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionalsEnsure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including CQC requirementsConduct regular assessments and reviews of client care plans, making adjustments as necessaryMonitor and manage the complex care budget, ensuring cost-effective delivery of servicesParticipate in recruitment and training of care staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide complex care servicesMaintain accurate records and documentation, including care plans, risk assessments, and staff training recordsHandle any complaints or concerns from clients or their families in a professional and timely mannerContinuously evaluate and improve the quality of care provided by the complex care serviceRequirements:Registered ManagerNurse QualifiedExtensive experience in managing complex care services, preferably in a similar settingStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of relevant regulations and standards, including CQC requirementsAbility to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectivelyExperience in budget management and financial planningGood IT skills and experience in using care management systemsWe offer a competitive salary, ongoing training and development opportunities, and a supportive working environment.
