Routes Healthcare is building a specialist regional team to deliver complex care support across Leeds, Bradford, Wakefield, and surrounding West Yorkshire. This isn't a typical care role - you'll be part of a dynamic, fast-moving team providing expert pop-in support to clients with complex needs across multiple locations. Part of a Specialist Team - Working alongside experienced complex care professionals ? Using Advanced Clinical Skills - Tracheostomy care, suction, spinal injury support, ventilation management ? Always Learning - Every client and location brings new challenges and opportunities to develop ? Trusted & Autonomous - You'll be the expert on the ground, making clinical decisions with full support behind you ?
