What you’ll do: * Be the daily dose of kindness, encouragement, and patience that makes someone’s world better. * Support people to reach their goals (big or small — from cooking up a storm to conquering karaoke night). * Work as part of a supportive team that listens and laughs together. * Occasionally sleep on the job (yes, really — we call themsleep-ins – paid at a flat rate). What you’ll need: * Desirable to have a minimum of Level 2 in Health & Social Care (because you’ve got the skillsets heart). Or hold the Care Certificate.
