The Role Deliver specialist paediatric nursing care in the community, including IV therapy, cannulation, and subcutaneous injections Manage a small caseload of 45 children per day, enabling personalised care Complete clinical assessments and monitor ongoing care plans Work closely with families, carers, and NHS partners to coordinate care Support children with complex needs within a safe home environment Requirements Registered Childrens Nurse (RSCN / RCN) with an active NMC PIN Full UK driving licence Experience within hospital or community paediatric settings Competent in cannulation, subcutaneous injections, and clinical assessments Phlebotomy skills desirable...
