With previous relevant experience within the housing or construction sector, you will use your skills to liaise and support residents, acting as the link between them and the project and site teams carrying out remedial works, ensuring that residents are made aware of scope of works and timescales. You may have to explain and agree temporary rehousing options where work cannot be carried out with residents in their homes. This may also involve undertaking home surveys to identify the needs of vulnerable residents. Occasional work outside of normal working hours will be required for events, evening meetings and early works on site. There will also be regular travel to our head office in London for team meetings and training. What you'll bring: High quality customer service and interaction skills.
