In This Role, You Will:

Deliver exceptional residential care through robust quality assurance Lead and inspire a new team aligned with values of compassion and excellence Partner with talent and marketing teams to drive recruitment and community engagement Promote the new home and build excitement locally Oversee budgets and ensure financial sustainability Ensure systems, technology, and procedures are in place for a smooth launch Embed inclusive, person-centred care practices Build strong relationships with local organisations and stakeholders

What You’ll Need:

Experience in a senior care management role (NVQ Level 4 or equivalent ) In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in care Proven ability to manage teams, budgets, and performance targets A proactive, solutions-focused mindset Passion for creating exceptional experiences for and families Strong leadership and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments
