As a Chef Commis, you will play an integral role in supporting our culinary team and ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen Responsibilities Prepare all mise-en-place and dishes with the kitchen team Ensure compliance with inhouse HACCP and food hygiene, health, and safety systems to ensure compliance Ensuring that all ingredients and supplies are properly stocked and stored Assisting with the plating and presentation of dishes Collaborating with team members to deliver high-quality meals to our customers Ensure compliance with inhouse HACCP and food hygiene, health, and safety systems to ensure compliance Completing duties with an attitude of always striving to exceed standards
Requirements and skills CDP experience in a similar style restaurant Previous experience in a kitchen environment A passion for food and a willingness to learn and develop culinary skills Strong attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast paced environment Ability to work as part of a team and take directions from senior chefs Knowledge of culinary, baking and pastry techniques a bonus Disciplined and keen to learn Ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks Excellent time management abilities Be enthusiastic about your career, collaborator & trustworthy Have good working relationships, rise to the challenge, and adapt well to change Professional attitude always TPBN1_UKCT
