Support the smooth running of kitchen operations during service. Perform basic food preparation tasks such as chopping, peeling, and portioning. Keep kitchen work areas clean, organized, and compliant with food hygiene regulations. Learn and rotate through different kitchen sections under the guidance of senior chefs. Follow instructions precisely and be open to feedback and training. Maintain stock rotation and assist with receiving and storing deliveries. Adhere to all health, safety, and food hygiene practices at all times. ________________________________________ Requirements A genuine passion for food and a desire to learn and grow in a professional kitchen. Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Good communication skills and a positive attitude. Culinary training or enrolment in a relevant course is an advantage but not essential.
