we want to hear from you. The Role This is a hands-on, workshop-based position working on large commercial vehicles and fleet units. You will be responsible for: Preparing commercial vehicles for paint (masking, sanding, priming) Applying high-quality paint finishes to large vehicle panels Mixing and colour-matching paints accurately Inspecting finished work and rectifying any defects Maintaining a clean and organised working area Working efficiently to meet productivity targets without compromising quality What We're Looking For We're seeking a skilled and reliable commercial vehicle painter with: Minimum 3 years' experience as a vehicle painter (HGV, PSV, fleet, or large vehicles preferred) Experience working on large panels and commercial units Strong eye for detail and quality finish Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good timekeeping and professional work ethic Own spray equipment preferred Experience painting trains, aircraft, plant machinery or other large surfaces is highly desirable.
