Commercial Solicitor – Manchester or Liverpool

• Salary: Up to £68,000 (Dependent on Experience)

This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior to mid-level solicitor to deepen their expertise in commercial contracts including in more niche areas such as Sport.

The Role

You’ll work on a broad range of commercial matters, including:

• Advising on general commercial contracts such as supply and distribution, franchising and sponsoring agreements
• Drafting and negotiating outsourcing, SaaS, telecoms and collaboration agreements
• Advising clients on IP exploitation as well as general IP portfolio work
• Supporting clients from start-ups to global brands across their business lifecycle
• Collaborating with senior lawyers on strategic projects and client development

Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for a commercially minded solicitor with strong drafting skills and a proactive approach:

• 0–4 years’ PQE with experience in commercial contracts
• Exposure to TMT work, particularly outsourcing agreements is desirable
• Strong problem-solving mindset and client-focused approach
• Keen to grow within a collaborative, high-performing team
