The Role: The firm is looking for commercially minded lawyers across Associate, Senior Associate and Partner levels to handle a broad range of Commercial Real Estate work, with a particular focus on: Landlord and tenant matters Investment and asset management Portfolio management Real estate aspects of corporate/M&A transactions Complex transactional and project management work You will: Advise on the full lifecycle of real estate assets Work alongside specialists in Dispute Resolution, Corporate/M&A and Banking & Finance Play a key role within a supportive team Provide guidance and mentorship to junior lawyers Contribute to the continued development and success of the department About You: Applications are welcomed from candidates with experience appropriate to Associate, Senior Associate or Partner level.
