Role Summary\n\nA specialist law firm in central London are actively looking to recruit a mid-level Commercial Property Solicitor (circa 3-15 PQE) to join the firm in 2026.\n\nYou will join an established department comprised of mainly ex-City Partners and be responsible for probably as varied a commercial property caseload as you can find in London.\n\nTransactions will include advising on: landlord and tenant matters, developments, secured lending (lender and borrower side), investments (acquisitions and disposals), corporate real estate/joint ventures, asset management, as well as some light HNW residential property matters.\n\nThe firm in question are extremely busy – you will not be required to build a caseload or undertake BD to generate new clients, unless of course you would like to.\n\nNo billing targets. The law firm require 80% office attendance.\n\nThe law firm are supportive, stable, profitable and progressive.
