Commercial Property Solicitor – TipTopJob, West Midlands, United Kingdom. Salary: GBP 50,000+ (DOE). Job Ref: 1998. 2+ Years PQE. Responsibilities

Responsible for a varied commercial property caseload including leases, sales, purchases, and re-mortgages involving registered, unregistered, leasehold, and freehold properties. Draft, review, amend, and issue legal documentation, including detailed transaction reports for clients and professional lenders. Support colleagues across the department and maintain excellent communication with both existing and new clients.

Qualifications

Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 2 Years PQE. Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well within a team environment. Confident and capable of managing a busy commercial property caseload with minimal supervision.
