You will be experienced in drafting leases and licenses for clients purchasing and disposing of warehouse units, offices, retail and leisure units. You will also be experienced in dealing with rental agreements, rent reviews, property finance and bridging loans.You should have a stable career history, good client facing skills and be adept at networking ensuring that clients establish a secure relationship with you so that they repeat referrals to the firm.This position comes with hybrid working, paralegal support and a friendly team to work with under the supervision of a highly regarded partner.
