A well-regarded regional law firm is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join its expanding team in Barnsley. This is a great opportunity to take on a broad and interesting caseload within a supportive, forward-thinking environment.

The role will involve:

• Handling and drafting commercial leases
• Managing sales and purchases of commercial and agricultural land
• Acting on landlord and tenant matters
• Advising on secured lending, planning issues and ancillary documents
• Supporting residential development work for small to medium-sized projects
• Preparing contract packs and investigating title
• Dealing with post-completion matters and ensuring compliance
