A well-regarded regional firm is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor with strong development experience to join its busy Leeds team. You will work closely with a lead development partner on high quality work for key long standing clients.

The Role

You will be involved in a broad mix of development focused real estate work, including:

    \n
  • Residential, commercial and mixed-use development
  • High value development transactions
  • Planning and statutory agreements
  • Supporting a range of local and national clients
  • Working directly with a partner on complex matters
  • Helping to build and maintain client relationships

About You

You will ideally:

    \n
  • Be a qualified Solicitor with around 3 to 6 years PQE
  • Have direct experience in residential, commercial or mixed-use development work
  • Be confident handling high value development transactions
  • Have some experience with planning or statutory agreements
  • Be able to work independently while contributing to a close-knit team
  • Be committed to building a network and attending client or sector events
  • Bring a proactive, personable and professional approach
