Commercial Property Solicitor – Essex (Hybrid)


Are you an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor looking to join a highly regarded firm with strong local ties and a well-established client base?


Our client, a respected regional law firm in Essex, is seeking a confident and commercially-minded solicitor to join their busy and expanding Commercial Property team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on quality work across a broad range of commercial property matters, with genuine scope for career progression and development.


The Role:

You’ll be handling a varied caseload of commercial property transactions including:

  • Acquisitions and disposals
  • Landlord and tenant matters
  • Lease renewals and assignments
  • Development projects
  • Secured lending and refinancing
  • Agricultural and mixed-use property (where applicable)


The Ideal Candidate:

  • 2–6 years’ PQE+ in Commercial Property (but all levels will be considered)
  • A confident communicator with a client-focused approach
  • Able to manage matters from instruction to completion
  • Enjoys working as part of a collaborative team
  • Experience dealing with SME clients, investors, or developers is desirable
