With continued growth across its commercial property offering, the firm is now looking to appoint a Commercial Property Senior Associate to join its Manchester team.

You will work closely with highly respected partners in a tight-knit real estate team, advising clients on a broad range of commercial property matters including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant work, and development projects.

The Candidate

• A Commercial Property Solicitor / Senior Associate with approximately 4+ years PQE.
• Experience advising on a diverse range of general commercial property matter / transactions.
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
• A collaborative team player who enjoys working within a close-knit, high-performing team.
• Commercially minded with the ability to support the continued growth of the practice.
