An established property consultancy is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join their team in Horsforth. This is a hands-on role managing a varied commercial portfolio, offering strong exposure to senior leadership and key decision-making.
The Role:

• Full day-to-day management of a commercial property portfolio
• Overseeing repairs, maintenance, and contractor performance
• Managing health & safety and statutory compliance
• Setting and controlling service charge budgets
• Conducting regular site inspections and proactive asset management
• Acting as the main point of contact for tenants and stakeholders
• Managing insurance claims and major works
• Delivering planned and reactive maintenance programmes
• Interpreting and managing commercial leases, ensuring compliance with all lease obligations

About You:

• Proven commercial property management experience is essential
• Strong knowledge of commercial leases and lease interpretation
• Experience managing service charges and budgets
• Able to manage multiple assets and priorities effectively
• Proactive, hands-on, and solutions-focused
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
