Interim Commercial Manager West Midlands
Trevett Services are delighted to be partnering with an established main contractor to source an Interim Commercial Manager for a 3 6 month contract (possibly longer).
West Midlands with occasional travel to sites £400 - £450 per day outside IR35
***Due to the secure locations of work, this role requires security clearance BPSS minimum
Reporting to the Commercial Director, the Commercial Manager will take full commercial responsibility and ownership of small to medium sized construction projects typically valued up to £5m across their MoD contract portfolio.
Working closely and collaboratively with the Senior Management team and Stakeholders, the Commercial Manager will have direct line responsibility for a Senior Quantity Surveyor, Quantity Surveyor and a Design Manager to ensure the successful delivery of the projects. Projects will consist of construction, reinforced steel frames and M&E installations across secure sites
About you:
You will hold a Degree in Commercial Management / Quantity Surveying (or equivalent experience).
