Commercial Maintenance Plumber - North Yorkshire & MaltonSalary: £34,000 - £36,000 + Van + Fuel Card Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week We're looking for an experienced Commercial Maintenance Plumber to join our team, delivering high-quality reactive property maintenance across commercial sites in the North Yorkshire and Malton region. About the Role You'll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of plumbing repairs, fault-finding, and maintenance tasks across various commercial buildings. This is a mobile role, suited to someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working independently. Key Responsibilities Responding to reactive maintenance tasks on commercial properties Completing plumbing repairs, replacements, and general maintenance Diagnosing faults and providing effective solutions Maintaining high standards of customer service and professionalism Ensuring work is completed safely and in line with compliance requirements Completing job reports and documentation accurately

Requirements Minimum NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds Level 2 in Plumbing Experience in commercial property maintenance (preferred) Full UK driving licence Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Good communication and time-management skills
