This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded Legal 500 team where you can build your career from day one, with genuine support, quality work, and clear progression. You’ll be joining a collaborative and approachable team that is passionate about developing junior lawyers. Whether you’ve completed a litigation seat or are looking to specialise, you’ll gain hands‑on experience across a broad range of commercial and property disputes, with close support from experienced solicitors and partners. What you’ll be doing:

Managing your own caseload with support, including contract disputes, debt recovery, and property litigation Assisting on complex and high‑value matters, including shareholder disputes and professional negligence claims Working closely with senior team members who will mentor and guide your development Building relationships with clients and gaining valuable client‑facing experience early in your career Getting involved in networking and business development activities as your confidence grows

About you:

Newly qualified up to 4 years’ PQE Ideally some exposure to litigation during training, though not essential Enthusiastic, personable, and keen to learn Strong communication skills and a client‑focused approach Organised, proactive, and eager to take on responsibility Interested in developing a long‑term career in dispute resolution
