This position focuses on developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships and identifying areas to expand coverage for both new and existing customers.

Benefits Competitive salary depending on experience and qualifications Highly attractive uncapped bonus structure Opportunity to complete Cert CII and Dip CII qualifications via an apprenticeship scheme Pension contributions above standard auto-enrolment levels 3x salary death in service cover Group personal accident cover 25 days annual leave , plus additional days linked to length of service Supportive working culture within a long-standing independent family-run business Key Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities through proactive prospect engagement Contact potential clients via telephone and email outreach Prepare insurance quotations and arrange meetings with prospective clients Support the development of commercial and specialist scheme business Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell additional insurance products Conduct annual client reviews for selected accounts Follow up enquiries received through the company website Collaborate with internal account handlers and broking teams Skills & Experience Essential 35 years experience working within the UK insurance industry Experience within commercial insurance or a related insurance role Strong business xehkeey development and lead generation ability Confidence engaging prospects via telephone and email Experience maintaining and growing client relationships Full UK driving licence Desirable Cert CII qualification or currently working towards it Experience working within a call centre or outbound sales environment Additional Support Access to a large CRM prospect database Existing renewal pipeline to support business development activity External telemarketing assistance for renewal data collection Dedicated account handler support Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am 5pm
