Commercial Insurance Account Handler – Brighton – Hove, East Sussex\nBasic to 40k DOE+ Quarterly Bonus, Pension, and other Benefits\nThe Company\nOur client is a leading National Broker based in Hove who now due to continued expansion and Growth are looking for a Commercial Insurance Account Handler -\nThe position\nThe position of Commercial Account Handler is to manage a portfolio of existing clients, dealing with insurance issues relating to changes in their requirements and renewals and to cross sell additional products and services.\n• Accountable for own portfolio of clients, managing the relationship effectively to ensure the retention and growth of the portfolio.\n• Responsible for the renewals relating to policies up to and including 5 care homes, achieving a high retention rate.\n• As part of the Existing Business team responsible for the overall management of the existing book, dealing with MTA’s, MTC’s and additional covers such as Excess Layer, D&O.\n• Manage your client portfolio retaining the client and dealing with any claims throughout the process.\n• Cross selling and upselling of the Business Solutions products: Energy, Telecoms, IT, Employee Benefits, Recruitment & Consultancy, Business Supplies, Health Protection, Wealth Management & Finance and Risk Management meeting monthly and annual targets.\n• Obtaining leads and cross selling the Non-Scheme products that are relevant to your clients.\n• Dealing with all calls of a technical nature from the Insurers and the Clients.\n• Being the customer face for your clients Claims.\nKnowledge & Experience:\n• Working towards or prepared to study for CII exams.\n• Technical knowledge of commercial insurance.\n• 5 years commercial broking experience.\n• Knowledge of General Insurance products which are applicable to the sector\n• Proven experience in managing relationships with customers, insurers and key stakeholders.\n• Active and working knowledge of FCA compliance.\n\nIf you wish to apply for the above position, please complete the link and David Helliwell from Cameron James will be in contact with you
