About the Role
Mainstay Recruitment are seeking a skilled and reliable Commercial Heating Engineer to join our clients team delivering essential maintenance and repair services across key RAF sites in the region. This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic and impactful environment, where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and repair commercial heating systems, including oil and LPG/gas boilers. • Deliver both planned preventative maintenance and responsive repairs to meet service level agreements. • Self-schedule work using a tablet-based system. • Ensure assets are compliant, energy-efficient, and functioning within design specifications. • Supervise contractors and subcontractors while ensuring strict adherence to health and safety standards. • Maintain clean, safe, and functional plant rooms and technical spaces. • Work collaboratively with colleagues and site personnel to deliver a high standard of service.
