You will initially operate in a hands-on capacity, delivering commercial gas, heating, and mechanical works. However, this role is designed to evolve into a lead position, taking ownership of the mechanical function in the region. Responsibilities will include: Service, maintenance, and installation of commercial gas and heating systems Mechanical works across plant rooms, HVAC, and plumbing systems Supporting small works and project delivery Working closely with internal teams to support client requirements Contributing to the development of the mechanical division As the division grows, your role will naturally expand into: Supervising and mentoring engineers Supporting pricing and quoting of works Managing workload and client relationships Becoming the regional mechanical lead Essential requirements: Served recognised apprenticeship ACS Commercial Gas qualified Highly skilled in all aspects of servicing xehkeey and repair work Strong background in commercial heating and mechanical systems Good problem-solving skills Able to demonstrate a strong focus on customer care combined with excellent communication skills Comfortable working on the tools with a proactive approach Commercially aware with an interest in business growth Ambition to progress into a leadership role Full UK Drivers Licence Willing to work overtime
