We are
recruiting for multiple Commercial Gas Engineer roles
to support increasing workloads across service, repair, maintenance, and installation projects within the commercial and social housing sectors. These roles are available with established and growing organisations working across social housing, extra care facilities, supported living schemes, and commercial sites. Opportunities are available for engineers with strengths in servicing and breakdowns, planned maintenance, installation works, or a combination of all three. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced engineers seeking stability, varied work, and long-term career progression. The Role
Depending on the position and your experience, duties may include: Servicing, maintaining, and repairing commercial gas appliances and systems
Fault finding and responding to breakdowns
Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
Installing commercial gas appliances, boilers, water heaters, and plantroom equipment
Completing gas safety checks, tightness testing, and emissions testing
Reading and interpreting technical drawings (where required)
Completing job documentation via paperwork or mobile systems
Delivering a professional, customer-focused service on-site
Working independently or as part of a wider engineering team
What Were Looking For
Valid
Commercial Gas qualifications , including some or all of: CCN1, COCN1, CENWAT, CPA1, DAH1, CODNCO1, CORT1, ICPN1, CIGA1, TPCP1A
Gas Safe registered (or eligible)
Experience in commercial gas service, maintenance, repair, or installation
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Good understanding of health & safety and industry regulations
Full UK driving licence
Strong communication and customer service skills
Desirable (but not essential): F-Gas, LPG, or commercial catering qualifications
L8 Awareness
Knowledge of SFG20
Electrical or plumbing experience
