Commercial Gas Engineer – South East London – £53k + Benefits

We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join a long-established HVAC company based in South East London. With over 50 years in the industry, this business is growing fast and offers engineers the chance to work on high-quality contracts with excellent earning potential.

The Role:

*

Service, maintenance and repair of commercial heating systems.

*

Some minor installation works as required.

*

Work across offices, hotels, schools, churches, and private/commercial buildings (no social housing).

*

Covering London and the South East (mostly inside the M25).

What We’re Looking For:

*

5–10 years’ experience as a Commercial Gas Engineer.

*

Commercial Gas qualifications (CODNCO1/COCN1, CIGA1, ICPN1, TPCP1A, CDGA1, CORT1, ICAE1, CCP1).

*

Domestic Gas (CCN1).

*

Advantageous (not essential): LPG, DAH1, L1 Energy Efficiency, Oil/OFTEC, Electrical (17th/18th Edition).

The Package:

*

Basic to £53,000+ (depending on experience).

*

OTE £60k+ achievable with overtime.

*

Paid travel (door-to-door).

*

Overtime paid at 1.75x.

*

Standby rota 1-in-10 weeks (£100 standby allowance).

*

Company van, fuel card, phone, gas analyser.

*

40-hour week, Monday–Friday (1-hour lunch).

*

25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays.

*

Company pension scheme.

*

Salary review after probation.
