There has never been a better time to join our incredible team and be part of the movement!The RoleWe’re on the lookout for someone extraordinary to come and join us as Commercial Finance Manager to partner with commercial teams across the UK and US to drive profitable growth through financial analysis, forecasting, and performance reporting. Provide insights on pricing, trade spend, and customer profitability, while improving reporting processes and systems to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities will include:Partner with commercial teams to support growth and profitability goals.Provide financial insight on customers, products, and channels.Support pricing, trade spend, and promotional investment decisions.Contribute to new product launches and retailer proposals.Lead sales and margin reporting, ensuring accurate forecasting and performance tracking.Deliver insights on sales, margin, and trade spend to inform key decisions.Streamline reporting and build dashboards for better visibility.Help strengthen financial controls and reporting processes.About You2-3 years post-Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)3-5 years of experience in a commercial finance or analytical roleExperience within a multi-site / territory retail or FMCG, ideally in a start-up or scale-up environmentDemonstrable experience in the USA marketAdvanced Excel and data modelling skills, with confidence in handling complex datasets.Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervisionThe PackageLovely, bright and spacious office 1 minute from Notting Hill Gate station, surrounded by TRIP pastel-coloured houses!Salary: DOE4 days per week in the office with the option to work from home on a FridayPrivate Healthcare with Vitality including Virgin Gym 50% offHoliday: 24 days + birthday off!1 Wellness DayPension planPotential to take part in the company share schemeTRIP product discount & Friends+Family codesMindfulness support with Calm App membershipBreakfast and snacks providedSleep support with monthly Dream Drops CBD Oil allowanceWorking from Anywhere policy: 2 weeks per year in a maximum of 2 blocksSabbatical: After 2 years of service, a 6-week sabbatical is availableDog Friendly officeRegular team socials & events
