We’re working with a leading real estate business with a global footprint, known for its high-performing data centre assets. As the company continues to scale across Europe and key international markets, they are seeking a commercially astute Commercial Finance Manager to join their London-based team.


This is a high-impact role offering exposure to strategic planning, complex modelling, and cross-functional collaboration with data centre and asset management teams. The business is undergoing significant digital transformation to help drive smarter decision-making.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead internal reporting across a diverse property portfolio
  • Build and maintain complex Excel models for forecasting and investment analysis
  • Partner with data centre and operational teams to drive performance
  • Support strategic planning, board reporting, and commercial decision-making
  • Ensure data integrity across financial systems and support system upgrades


Candidate Profile

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with 5+ years PQE
  • Advanced Excel modelling skills; comfortable with large, complex datasets
  • Strong communicator with proven stakeholder management experience
  • Systems literate across MRI, OneStream, and Anaplan
  • Background in property, infrastructure, or asset-heavy industries preferred
