The Role

Provide financial support to the Hard Services contract, partnering with Operational Managers and the Commercial Finance Controller to support key decision-making.
Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, working closely with senior site managers to ensure accuracy.
Produce and review monthly management accounts, ensuring all areas of contract activity are accurately captured.
Review and analyse financial performance, delivering clear commentary ahead of monthly results.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, reducing administrative burden.  You

Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or equivalent experience.
Strong commercial acumen with experience in finance business partnering within a contract-driven environment.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
