23rd, 24th, 29th, 30th & 31st December We are seeking an experienced Building Maintenance Technician with a strong electrical bias and relevant qualifications. The role involves overseeing building maintenance across several floors, including:
Basic electrical repairs (e.g., fixing lighting issues) Understanding and monitoring the plant room General building upkeep This is a holiday cover position; the workload is expected to be light, but you must be on-site to respond to any issues. Previous experience in commercial settings is essential.
