Commercial Director – Fully Remote – Up to £130,000pa + Benefits – REF 055\n\nUp to £130,000 pa + Benefits\nFully Remote\n\nAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Director to join a world-leading, innovative medical technology organisation at the forefront of their market.\n\nAs a globally recognised developer and manufacturer of advanced surgical products, with a strong international footprint across Europe, the US, and Asia. With continued growth driven by innovation, strategic acquisitions, and a commitment to improving patient outcomes, they are now seeking a high-calibre commercial leader to take ownership of a product category on a global scale.\n\nThis is a senior leadership role with full accountability for global sales performance, strategic marketing, and portfolio leadership. You will operate within a complex matrix environment, influencing both direct and indirect teams while driving commercial success across multiple international markets.\n\nWhat the role involves:\n\n * Commercial Leadership & Growth\n\n * Sales & Market Execution\n\n * Strategic Marketing\n\n * Market Intelligence & Strategy\n\n * Cross-Functional Leadership\n\n * People Leadership\n\nSkills & Experience Needed:\n• Degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field\n• Minimum 10 years’ management experience, including 3+ years at Director level\n• Experience within cardiovascular (CV) markets and/or sutures highly desirable\n• Proven success operating within complex global matrix organisations\n• Strong leadership experience managing international and remote teams\n• Demonstrated B2B sales success and experience managing multinational partnerships\n• Experience in product launches, lifecycle management, and portfolio strategy\n• Strong commercial acumen with experience in financial modelling and margin analysis\n\nThis is a fantastic opportunity for a senior commercial leader to take full ownership of a global product category within a highly innovative and growing organisation.
