Commercial Counsel - Digital Infrastructure
We’re looking for a Commercial Counsel to support a fast-growing digital infrastructure business. In this role, you’ll partner with teams across the organisation to enable key commercial initiatives while managing legal risk in a dynamic, tech-driven environment.
Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including customer agreements, supplier/vendor terms, procurement contracts, construction/engineering agreements, and technology licensing.
Lead legal support for commercial transactions, strategic partnerships, and procurement initiatives.
Provide clear, pragmatic legal advice to business teams across the UK and Europe.
Advise on emerging regulatory requirements, including data, telecoms, and AI-related regulations impacting digital infrastructure and operational technology.
Support contract lifecycle improvements, template development, and negotiation playbooks.
Manage external counsel and assist with due diligence or corporate transactions as needed.
Requirements
Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent).
5+ years’ PQE in commercial, technology, infrastructure, or telecoms law.
Strong drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
