Commercial Contracts Manager Location : Stevenage, UK – Hybrid (2-3 days on-site) Salary : £62,000 - £68,000 depending on experience

A leading defence technology organisation is seeking a Commercial Contracts Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of domestic commercial contracts. This role offers the opportunity to lead contract negotiation, ensure compliance, and contribute directly to business-critical programmes.
Key responsibilities: • Lead contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with company objectives and regulatory compliance. • Manage the full Route to Contract, including bid generation, cross-functional coordination, and approval of bespoke contract terms. • Oversee contract delivery, including amendments, deliverable reviews, and acceptance criteria. • Ensure all contracts comply with relevant laws, regulations, and defence industry standards (e.g., ITAR, EAR, FAR/DFARS). • Identify contractual risks and develop mitigation strategies. • Act as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders on contractual matters. • Provide reporting and updates to senior management on contract status, risks, and issues. • Manage and resolve...
